Wheel cakes
Taiwanese dessert

Wheel cakes (Red Bean Cakes) are a popular Taiwanese dessert made from a pancake-like batter and cooked in special cast-iron molds. Originally inspired by the Japanese dessert Imagawayaki (also known as Obanyaki), wheel cakes have become a beloved Taiwanese street food.

These round, golden cakes are crispy on the outside and filled with a variety of flavorful fillings. The traditional version features sweetened red bean paste, while modern Taiwanese vendors offer many creative options, from creamy pudding and cheese to savory curry and shredded radish.

At this event, we will serve Red Bean and Cheese flavors.

Enjoy freshly made wheel cakes prepared on-site as a special complimentary treat! Each batch is handcrafted and cooked fresh to order, bringing you an authentic taste of Taiwanese street food culture. Because they are made fresh, preparation may take a little extra time. We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope you savor the experience!
